What is the return policy?
All jewelry is custom-made and made to order.
Due to the personalized nature of our pieces, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

When will I get my order?
All jewelry is custom made to order.
Production typically takes 3–12 weeks, depending on design complexity.
Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note: production timelines begin after your order is placed.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our jewelry is professionally manufactured in the Los Angeles Downtown Jewelry District by trusted fine-jewelry specialists. Each piece is made to order using high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship.
Shipping
We ship within the United States via UPS or FedEx 2-Day delivery with signature required.
All packages are fully insured until signed for. Orders valued over $2,000 shipped to a residential address require an adult signature upon delivery.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
If a package is returned to us for any reason, shipping fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the re-shipment fee.

Are your pieces solid gold and Sterling silver 925?
Yes. All Kendal Lashell pieces are crafted in solid 14k or 18k gold and 925 Sterling silver never plated or filled. Our jewelry is designed to last generations.
Are your diamonds natural or lab-grown
We use high quality lab grown diamonds unless otherwise specified.They are chemically and visually identical to mined diamonds with exceptional clarity and brilliance.Custom natural diamond requests are available upon inquiry.
Is your jewelry made-to-order?
Most pieces are madeto order. Please allow 3–8 weeks for production unless otherwise stated.Because many of our pieces include custom diamond layouts or personalized elements, each order is crafted specifically for you.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes. We specialize in custom heirloom pieces.
Custom orders require:
• A design consultation
• CAD approval
• A deposit before production begins
Each custom design receives its own CAD render and stone layout.
